take a shot!

there are two cebuano photographers that i personally know and secretly (not a secret anymore!) idolize, one is the humanizer and the other one is banawe. i already told you about the humanizer in my posts here and here. so for this entry, lemme tell you something about banawe. we actually went to the same school together. i seldom see her (she was a senior then) but when i do i always am in awe. why? cause she's a cool girl and she has character. she's a bit shy but when she speaks, boy she has substance! also, i remember taking mental notes of her looks since were the same height and body type. im weird like that! she's not just fashionable, she's got style! and oh, we kinda have the same taste in music too. what i really like LOVE about her is her skill in taking AWESOME photos. her images are always natural and effortless. im not bluffing! here's the proof:
this shots are for her online store. her model is actually my girl crush in school! ssshhhh, dont tell!

and im a lucky girl cause i got the chance to be photographed by her. do you remember this post? oh yeah, she was kind enough to volunteer to take our election photos. its was actually the first time for our party to have decent shots of the candidates.
me and my accidental ombre hair.

my crappy face in an awesome photo.

Im telling you all about her and her AWESOME photography skills because you too (yes you!) can now book her as a photographer!

one of my favorites!
"So if you want to be vain for a day and opt for a solo shoot, contact me. If you want conceptual shoots/group shoots, coverage for events, documentation of places, anything, contact me. (Just not the studio type shoot yet, still not getting the hang of it.) Leaning towards an outdoor type of shoot, naturally lit.
Whether you're happy, sad, ecstatic, lonely, contact me and let's talk while we shoot and make memories."
Surely, you wont regret having her as a photographer! I highly recommend her! You can check out her online portfolio at http://photodiariesbybanawe.tumblr.com or send her an email to know about her rates (theyre really affordable, swear!) at corvera.banawe@gmail.com
